Services
Clients are entitled to use Calm & Co studio spaces, equipment, and services provided during private or group sessions with instructors.
Memberships & Packages
All memberships and packages are non-refundable.
Code of Conduct
Clients are kindly requested to respect the studio’s guidelines, which include:
- Wearing clean, appropriate clothing
- grip socks are mandatory for safety.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to class.
- Maintain a respectful and friendly attitude toward others and the team.
- Please keep phones on silent to avoid disruptions.
- Lockers are provided for valuables, but Calm & Co is not responsible for any lost items.
Payments
All sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your booking.
A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) applies to all services, in accordance with UAE law.
Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule:
- Group classes: 12 HOURS notice for morning classes and 6 HOURS notice for afternoon classes.
- Private/Semi-private sessions: Minimum 24 hours notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a deduction from your package.
Expiration
All packages remain valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving you the flexibility to enjoy your classes at your own pace within this period.
