Services

Clients are entitled to use Calm & Co studio spaces, equipment, and services provided during private or group sessions with instructors.

Memberships & Packages

All memberships and packages are non-refundable.

Code of Conduct

• Wearing clean, appropriate clothing — grip socks are mandatory for safety.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to class.
• Maintain a respectful and friendly attitude toward others and the team.
• Please keep phones on silent to avoid disruptions.
• Lockers are provided for valuables, but Calm & Co is not responsible for any lost items.

Payments

All sessions must be paid for in advance.
A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) applies to all services, in accordance with UAE law.

Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule:

• Group classes: 12 HOURS notice for morning classes and 6 HOURS notice for afternoon classes.
• Private/Semi-private sessions: Minimum 24 hours notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a deduction from your package.

Expiration

All packages are non-expiring and remain valid until fully used. We encourage you to enjoy them at your own pace, with flexibility and ease.
