Calm & Co – Cancellation Policy

At Calm & Co, our sessions are intentionally limited to ensure a high-quality experience for every client. To maintain availability and fairness for all, we kindly ask that you respect the following Cancellation Policy.


Group Class Cancellation Policy

Morning Classes (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.

Afternoon & Evening Classes (from 1:00 PM onward)
• Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Late cancellations and no-shows will be fully charged or deducted from your package or class.


Private & Semi-Private Session Cancellation Policy

All Private & Semi-Private Sessions
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Late cancellations and no-shows will be fully charged or deducted from your package or session.


No-Shows

Failure to attend a booked session without prior Cancellation will result in the session being fully charged, with no refund or rescheduling.


Packages & Sessions

• Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be deducted from your package or class.
• Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Booking Management

All Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through our online booking system before the stated time window.
Messages sent outside the system may not be considered valid Cancellations.


Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In rare cases, management may review exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
