Pilates Class Guide
To ensure safe and effective progression, please follow the recommended class levels below:
For all levels (Required to attend at least 3 classes)
- Meet the Reformer (Beginner)
- Spine relief
- Power Mat Pilates (Mat)
- Spinal and Core bloom (Mat)
Intermediate Level (After 3+ All-Level classes, depending on performance
- Sculpt
- Adore Your Core
- Pilates vs. Heartbeat
- Pilates Chair
Advanced Level (After 15+ classes, depending on performance)
- Fit & Flex
- Sculpt L2
- Adore Your Core L2
